1. Please only book your accommodation with Algarveportugal.co.uk if you agree with these terms and conditions and wish to be bound by them.
2. Bookings must be made with a lead name who will take full responsibility for the payment and conduct of all party members on the booking form during their stay in the selected property.
3. Provisional bookings/enquiries will be held for 7 days. A non-refundable deposit is required (Pounds Sterling only), the remaining balance is then paid by the customer to the owner of the property on arrival (Euro's only).
4. All cheques should be made payable to Algarveportugal.co.uk
5. The prices if stated are for the property per night and includes gas, water, electricity, linen and towels unless otherwise stated. Bed linen is changed weekly and towels normally twice weekly. Guests are requested to provide their own towels for use in swimming pools and at the beach. Basic cleaning service is also included.
6. Cancellations must be given in writing by the lead name on the booking form. No refund is available for cancellations.
7. All monies are to be paid in Sterling and sent to the Algarveportugal.co.uk office.
8. In the unlikely event that the accommodation is rendered uninhabitable due to fire, earthquake or any other means beyond our control before your arrival then you will be offered the choice of alternative accommodation of comparable or higher standard, or a full and prompt refund of all the money you have paid.
9. Whilst every care is taken to make sure that the property is of a habitable standard it is your responsibility to report any defects as soon as possible by phone or in writing which you believe detracted from the enjoyment of the property. Algarveportugal.co.uk cannot take any responsibility for any matters that are not reported to us during your stay in the property.
10. The occupants are expected to respect the house rules of the property.
11. AlgarvePortugal.co.uk or its owners take no responsibility for the content, accuracy of information given in this website or any websites linked to this website. We also take no responsibility for any cancellations of products or services booked through the links with these websites or companies.
12. Your contract with AlgarvePortugal.co.uk starts when we confirm your booking after we have received your completed booking form with the Lead name signature and also have received your deposit as well as a security cheque for £100.
13. Only people named on the Booking Form are permitted by law to occupy the property. Subletting is not allowed.
14. Damages and breakages are the responsibility of the Guests. A security deposit is required from the Lead Name. This is normally by way of a separate cheque for £100 sent with the final payment. The cheque is held by AlgarvePortugal.co.uk and will not be banked unless any deductions are found to be necessary. The cheque will be returned as soon as possible after the conclusion of the holiday. If deduction is required, the lead name will be advised, the cheque banked and a cheque for the balance sent as soon as possible. Guests are asked to advise the Owner/House Manager in the event of any damage or breakage.
15. Guests may have access to the property from 3.00pm on the day of arrival, and are asked to vacate by 10.00 am on the final day.
16. Guests are strongly advised to obtain medical/holiday/travel insurance and to advise AlgarvePortuagl.co.uk of the name of the company providing such cover. Assistance can be given with travel insurance if required. Whilst every effort is made to provide for the safety of Guests and their belongings, AlgarvePortugal.co.uk and it's owners do not accept liability for any loss, damage, or injury.
17. Whilst every effort has been made to ensure the accuracy of the contents of this website and any brochures or documents drawn by the company, AlgarvePortugal.co.uk and its owners accept no responsibility for any errors or inaccuracies.
18. All third party claims relating to the accommodation provided are the responsibility of the owner of the property.
19. Sales: Whilst we as agents endeavour to ensure the accuracy of property details produced and displayed, we have not tested any apparatus, equipment, fixture and fittings or services and so cannot verify that they are connected, in working order or fit for the purpose. Neither have we had sight of the legal documents to verify the Freehold or Leasehold status of any property. A Buyer is advised to obtain verification from their Solicitor and/or Surveyor. Where a property is shown as 'Sale Agreed' the price displayed is that at which the property was previously marketed and is not always the price agreed. A Buyer must check the availability of any property and make an appointment to view before embarking on any journey to see a property. All sizes and measurements are approximate and we give no guarantee or warranty to there accuracy. A Buyer should check all details of a property for themselves before entering into a contract to purchase it. Although we take care with our descriptions we do not take any responsibility for any mistakes, typos, mis-spellings or factual errors given in this website, it's links, linked companies or literature either in document or digital form.

Algarveportugal.co.uk and it's owners own the copyright on the information, photographs and pictures on this website and the reproduction of any of it in part or in full is not allowed unless permission is granted from algarveportugal.co.uk or it's owners © copyright 2004 algarveportugal.co.uk. If permission is granted you are allowed to keep a copy on your local hard drive for personal use but in no way use it for commercial use or financial gain.
